- Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah: Free on orders above AED 500/- (Excluding Large Items).
🚚 Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
AED 29/- flat rate for orders below AED 500/- (All UAE – city limits, excluding large items).
⚡ Express Delivery Charges
- AED 100/- (Within 2-4 Hours) - Dubai.
- AED 300/- (Within 4-6 Hours) - All other Emirates.
📦 Other Delivery Charges
Large Item Delivery Fee: AED 100/- for orders AED 250 - 2500/- (Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah – city limits).
Inside Free Zone Delivery: Special rates apply (Min AED 100). Necessary passes, documents, and approvals must be arranged by the client.
Additional Shipping Information
- ⏳ Cut-off Time for Next Working Day Delivery: 5 PM
- 📦 Order Processing: Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the next working day.
- 🚛 Shipment Preparation: Within 24 hours of order placement.
- 📅 Delivery Days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

- ✅ Collection Notification: You will receive an SMS, WhatsApp, or Email when your order is ready.
- ✅ Order Ready Time: 2-4 Hours (Must be collected within 3 days).
- ✅ Collection Timings: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

When and on what terms can you return the shipment?
At Duboxx, we are committed to making your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible.
Case 1: Ordered the Wrong Size/Item
If you have received an item in good condition but ordered the wrong size/item, you can return or exchange it by emailing us at

Delivery & Collection Charges may apply based on location.
Case 2: Received a Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours at

. We will process a transit damage claim and send a replacement within 1-4 working days.
Refund Terms
No cash refunds will be made. Instead, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months.
Large/Jumbo-Sized Boxes mentioned in the item description are exceptions (No Return, No Exchange).
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.
Editing Orders
Orders can be edited until 5 PM on the same day of placement.
